This mini five string banjo has a 17” scale and an 8” head, which makes for a compact and comfortable way to play your “big” banjo music. I designed a string set that can be tuned to standard banjo pitch, which gives a warm tone and a surprising amount of volume. This customer asked for the brass hardware to be darkened first, which looks awesome with their wood choices. The curly Walnut is form a local tree and the Pistachio is from California orchards.
